After traveling through wine country, Luis and Alissa Ferro dreamed of one day owning their own wine bar.
Over the years, the concept twisted and turned but eventually settled on combining three of their passions: Wine, Beer and Cuba.
Uncorked’s connection to Cuba is strong. Luis’s parents were born in Cuba and he grew up on home cooked Cuban meals.
Together, the Ferro’s have traveled to Cuba multiple times to visit family and gain inspiration. They are excited to bring the flavors of Cuba to Rochester!
After years of planning, the dream has come true, but in an even bigger way than imagined. Uncorked is ready to greet you with open arms, great service, delicious food and unique beer and wine.
